What You'll Do
The Marketing Operations Analyst will play a huge part in driving SecureLink's business development and marketing alignment. The ideal candidate will be able to establish a deep understanding of business goals and objectives, dig into our marketing automation and business development tech stack, and make recommendations to improve processes throughout the entire funnel.
As a member of a fast moving and data driven team you'll have the opportunity to make a difference starting on day one. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Mar Tech Stack Ownership. You'll manage and support the marketing technology ecosystem, including Salesloft, Demandbase, Chorus, and LinkedIn Navigator. You'll also play a key role in implementation of new technologies.
- Lead Gen Workflows. You'll partner with sales and marketing on lead gen-related workflows, managing lead scoring, distribution, and cadence processes to continuously improve cross-team operations.
- Data Analysis. You'll maintain existing reports effectively and build on them with new analysis. You'll leverage this knowledge to investigate and track down issues and bottlenecks at the top of the funnel, making recommendations for optimization and process improvements wherever you see them.
- Team orientation. Collaborate and work closely with Business Development Leads, Business Development Representatives, and the rest of the extended Marketing and Sales teams.
What You'll Need
- 3-5 years of experience working with business development and/or marketing teams in a B2B environment.
- An interest in data, statistics, and conversion rate analysis, with the ability to discover patterns and areas of opportunity.
- Highly advanced in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Mar Tech tools; preferably Salesloft, Salesforce, Chorus, Navigator, Demandbase, Drift or Qualified, and Tableau.
