Marketing Operations and Performance Monitoring Specialist
Q2 is seeking a Marketing Operations and Performance Monitoring Specialist to build and manage a metrics monitoring and performance management and analytics process for Marketing. This would be focused on structuring a process, determining metrics to monitor, streamlining and automating data collection, analyzing the collected data, and working with the team to build recommendations for improvement.
This would be a highly cross-functional role, exploring both systems-based and human-based processes to set baseline performance levels, identify key variables and conduct a detailed analysis of the resulting data.
Success in this role will require strong strategic thinking, a solid understanding of data structures and analysis, attention to detail, effective communications and presentation skills, and a collaborative mindset. They will need to be able to take relatively abstract tasks, processes, and questions and find ways to develop meaningful quantitative approaches. This person should be extremely detail-oriented, embrace multi-tasking, possess a thorough understanding of marketing and sales operations, terminology, and reporting, and have familiarity with systems, including Salesforce, Marketo, ABM tools, and data management systems such SQL Server and Power BI.
