WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Our Demand Generation team is a high-performing, analytical team fueling growth at a rapidly scaling company. We are looking for an eager and ambitious operational marketer to help manage our internal marketing infrastructure.  In this role, you will sit at the intersection of demand generation, operations, and analytics as a technical and operational extension of teams like product marketing, content marketing, and more. 

You will play a key role in ensuring that Qualia’s marketing campaigns are set up for success, with hands-on involvement in campaign launches and management. You will help drive data-driven decision making across the team by optimizing key processes and programs. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own cross-channel (email, content, digital) campaign setup and tracking to drive data-driven insights  
• Become a Hubspot expert and go to resource for maximizing value from Marketing Automation tools
• Leverage SFDC to build robust campaign reporting and tracking 
• Enable and empower team members via documentation and training
• Proactively find opportunities to optimize our process and campaigns

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

• 2+ years of analytical or operational experience in B2B marketing
• Hands-on experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Marketo, or Pardot
• Data-driven marketer with proven quantitative and analytical skills; should be extremely comfortable with Excel. Basic SQL knowledge a plus
• Hands-on experience building SFDC reports 
• Comfortable communicating with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
