Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, the Marketing Operations Manager will play a key role in managing the technology, databases, reporting and processes that drive Cyren’s demand generation activities. He/She will help to integrate and optimize Cyren’s sales and marketing technology stack, build and maintain infrastructure for Cyren’s outbound marketing efforts, assist in the planning of integrated marketing campaigns and provide regular reports/analytics on key operational and strategic performance indicators.

Cyren’s sales/marketing technology stack includes Marketo, Salesforce.com and Salesloft, so knowledge of both marketing automation and CRM systems is preferred. This role will work closely with sales operations as well and so basic knowledge of their function and responsibilities would be a value add.  

What would you be doing?

Manage, integrate & optimize [sales & marketing] technology stack

• Ensure seamless integration of, and drive optimizations for, the various marketing and sales technologies, i.e. SFDC, Marketo, SalesLoft, database/prospecting tool, etc.
• Continuously improve our marketing automation processes from data cleansing to program management to lead scoring architecture
• Evolve our reporting infrastructure within Marketo to provide value-add subscription reports and account-based marketing insights to key stakeholders

Build and maintain infrastructure for outbound marketing

• Work closely with the Director(s), Lead Development and Product Marketing to organize & communicate enablement material for the outbound prospecting resources and activity at Cyren
• Manage and maintain the creation of relevant SalesLoft cadences (emails and call scripts), assist with sales & marketing portal delivery
• Create productivity reports for outbound activity to drive insights and strategic adjustments to optimize performance

Assist in planning of integrated marketing campaigns

• Assist in planning and integrating marketing campaigns to support demand generation activity
• You will also work across key functional teams to coordinate content requirements, target audience acquisitions, collateral needs, field communications and ultimately driving outbound execution
• Liaise between the various stakeholders – Product Marketing, Design Studio, Demand Generation – to ensure complete delivery of required inputs and timely campaign launch & communication.

Provide regular KPI reports

• Work closely with Sales Ops team to manage and evolve Cyren’s existing lead-to-win process and provide additional reporting visibility/dashboards for marketing’s impact on sales pipeline
• Build and implement closed loop reporting that allows for data-driven decisions about marketing program investments and activities

Would be great if you had the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent
• 3+ years marketing operations experience in a technology environment
• High proficiency with Salesforce.com, Marketo & Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• A process-oriented brain; you’re always looking for ways to measure, automate, and improve internal marketing / sales processes around leads, emails, etc.
• Highly organized, great attention to detail and deadline driven
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
