Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of our lead and contact strategy, lifecycle and data accuracy in collaboration with stakeholders such as demand generation, customer marketing, partner marketing, sales ops and customer success teams.
  • Management of lead and contact database cleanliness (in conjunction with our marketing automation manager)
  • Refine and own strategy behind our lead routing, lead scoring, lead definitions, lead stages to align with marketing and inside sales goals and processes.
  • Supervision and reporting of lead conversion and performance.
  • Partnership with the demand generation team to find gaps and build recommendations for lead lifecycle improvement (lead scoring updates, lead conversion improvement and data augmentation opportunities).
  • Partnership with the inside sales team to determine most effective and impactful lead routing, hand-off, reporting and SLAs.
  • Drive the lead and contact data acquisition and augmentation strategy within SalesForce.
  • Create, monitor and report on lead to opportunity process and SLA within SalesForce.
  • Oversight of and internal collaboration with stakeholders for data quality management system RingLead.
  • Proactively review and identify areas to increase efficiencies with automation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of working in B2B marketing, specifically in the areas of marketing operations, data management, lead generation, lead management and/or equivalent agency/consultant experience.
  • Experience in and deep understanding of lead lifecycle management: lead generation, lead stages/flow, lead conversion, lead routing, and lead/contact database management.
  • Previous experience working with a data quality management system, RingLead preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing automation and CRM data management systems, Marketo and SalesForce preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with demand generation teams as well as Salesforce admins, IT teams, sales ops, inside sales, and other non-marketing stakeholders.
  • A working knowledge of data retention and deletion practices as well as privacy/protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA a plus
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret and communicate results and recommended action to key stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively across priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
