About the role:

Our Marketing Operations team manages the technology, lead management strategy, and data analysis for global marketing efforts. The Marketing Operations Specialist is a skilled technologist with a keen eye for automation and finding opportunities to scale activities. This individual will collaborate with customer, marketing, sales, and partner teams to manage a variety of marketing operations projects designed to improve the way we manage data and engage with all target audiences. The Marketing Operations Specialist will facilitate and operate the workflow processes for relevant internal stakeholders. Success in this role will depend upon developing a deep understanding of our data systems and campaign strategies

What you will do:

  • Review and schedule email marketing requests
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to build targeted marketing campaigns
  • Analyze current marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and potential for improvement
  • Assist with the administration and maintenance of marketing and sales technology ensuring all data and integrations satisfy internal process needs
  • Create and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign, lead, and database management
  • Maintain CRM data quality for enhanced segmentation opportunities
  • Design automations based on internal process & workflow needs
  • Set, measure, and share key initiative metrics to track performance
  • Manage documentation for operations and other internal stakeholders
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest marketing technology 

What we are looking for:

  • Marketing professional with 2-3 years of relevant experience (marketing, email marketing, and/or marketing operations)
  • Proficiency with email marketing & marketing automation software (Pardot highly preferred)
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce highly preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google spreadsheets & data analysis functions
  • Flexible and fast learner with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Time management, project management, and organizational skills necessary to meet deadlines
  • Adept at learning new systems and tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HTML/CSS experience (especially for email design)
  • Graphic design or Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop experience
  • B2B and SaaS experience
  • Experience with Intranet / Digital Workplace tools (e.g. Jive, Unily, Sharepoint, Beezy, Igloo, LifeRay, LiveTiles, Interact, Simpplr, etc.)

Our office is located just outside downtown Austin on the corner of South 1st and Riverside. We're in a great location, within walking distance to a ton of great fitness clubs, restaurants and bars!
