Overview of the role:

We are looking for a Marketing Demand Gen Specialist to help collaborate on and develop marketing campaigns that generate demand and grow brand awareness.
This role is central to connecting the different marketing functions to demand generation efforts that support our company goals and mission. This role will create and execute an integrated marketing plan across multiple channels including website, online advertising and social media, collateral materials, trade shows, and other public events.
An ideal candidate specializes in events, paid search, syndicated content campaigns, paid lead generation campaigns and has a proven ability to achieve buy-in across different departments. Their ability to plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns across all of these areas and channels is key to maintaining and driving efficient sales and marketing funnel.
What awesome stuff you'll do:

Events:

  • Plan and execute all trade shows, roadshows, and regional events
  • Develop campaign strategies to hit target demand gen numbers, vet new shows/partnerships, and ROI tracking
  • Work within the event budget for sponsorships and production costs
  • Coordinate and create website content, presentation content development, and email strategies to drive attendance for each event
  • Manage sponsorship, contract negotiations, and post-show analysis
  • Target new/untapped markets and develop new trade show campaigns to drive quality leads
  • Oversee event logistics including booth design, staffing and scheduling, budget tracking, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with other departments to align events with company goals
  • Utilize project management software to manage event timelines and ensure all event deadlines are met
  • Travel to select events for day-of logistical support for trade shows, roadshows, and regional events

Paid Search and Paid Digital Campaigns:

  • Define, plan, organize, and execute integrated marketing programs
  • Maximize funnel conversion and develop campaign and program goals that focus on lead acquisition, development of marketing qualified leads, and pipeline from opportunities created
  • Leverage content created from our Brand team (whitepapers, customer stories, infographics, case studies, social engagement, blogs, etc.) to build demand for our product through landing pages, web content, paid campaigns, and more
  • Plan, create, execute, measure, and optimize digital campaigns tied to company goals
  • Manage project scope and budget
  • Experience with integrated marketing with a mix of online elements and channels for each marketing campaign
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams and regional stakeholders to develop campaign assets on time
  • Manage paid vendor relationships, requests, workflow, and deliverables
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness, delivering results to stakeholders and management

What you'll need to be successful:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in event planning & management, integrated marketing campaigns, programs, and tactics across all channels mentioned above
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, highly productive, and collaborative environment
  • Highly organized and adept project management skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and while consistently managing many items on a to-do list
  • Self-motivated and innately curious approach with a passion around funnel conversion
  • Outgoing personality applicable to getting on the phone with people and collaborating face-to-face with other teams
