Marketing Project Coordinator
Saatva is the direct-to-consumer luxury mattress and home furnishings brand that aspires to help every consumer get a great night’s sleep, and to provide the most elevated shopping and purchase experiences possible. What you will do
As a Marketing Project Coordinator, you play a key role in supporting our Marketing Project Management team in the flawless execution of Saatva’ s marketing campaigns
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing marketing campaign calendar
- Assist in the coordination of all campaigns, including scheduling meetings, gathering key information regarding deadlines and deliverables and tracking campaign costs
- Creating and updating dashboard monitoring and reporting
- Maintaining, updating and communicating project schedules and milestones
- Coordinating meetings
- Recording and distributing meeting notes
Key Candidate Requirements
- BA and two plus years marketing operations, advertising production, project management or other relevant experience
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment
- Possesses a natural ability to understand and simplify the complex
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal/presentation/written)
- Multi-tasker with strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- High sense of urgency and passion to follow-through projects to completion
- Collaborative possessing strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Curious with a strong desire to learn and improve processes
- Prior experience working with web and advertising execution (i.e. landing pages, display ads, paid social, emails, is a plus
- Project management and/or experience with office productivity software, project management software such as Asana, Trello, Jira, Smartsheets a plus
