The PM for the AR, VOC & Acquisitions Marketing Program will manage projects across a diverse group of marketing activities that range from Analyst Relations requirements for content review, design requirements, to customer events to acquisition integration timelines.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Demonstrate expertise in all phases of both interactive and print project lifecycles
  • Quickly gain an understanding of our industry, business, and project objectives
  • Analyze and prioritize project activities and stakeholder needs, while establishing realistic deadlines
  • Achieve consensus among diverse and dissenting viewpoints, while effectively translating ideas into prioritized and actionable steps
  • Create, maintain and present project plans and other relevant project documentation
  • Create project status reports, milestone, and deliverable progress materials for stakeholders
  • Manage internal team workflow and task assignments
  • Collaborate with teams of designers, copywriters, and developers to problem solve and execute project challenges while delivering high quality on time and on budget
  • Have a "can-do" attitude that fosters a positive productive working environment, especially in stressful or pressured situations
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and provide hands-on troubleshooting and best available solutions
  • Balance a sense of urgency with calm and confident demeanor
  • Specific VOC program responsibilities include
    • Awards - collaborate on award applications - tracking budget, submissions & marketing opportunities (Ad placement, Event sponsorship, Articles)
    • VOC - help organize events for clients - tracking budget, facilitate with Travel, Event Planners & Team
    • AR - Track publications & support creative brief completion for promotion
    • Integration - front line to integration marketing activities, tracking activities and collaborating with extended marketing team for PR, Social, Web integration, Alliances, and AR activities


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4+ years' experience as a project manager in a marketing department running both print and interactive projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with and manage internal stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests
  • Ability to approach and communicate with a wide range of personalities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Demonstrate versatility, conviction, and a commitment to outstanding client service
  • Ability to represent our company at all times with professionalism and integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and experience with Jira

ADDITIONAL

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office.
