Cart.com is establishing its Marketing team and looking for someone to fill a new position that will support a portfolio of marketing technology solutions to be used by the team. This team member will manage all technology solutions on behalf of the Marketing team, which includes the selection, support, and the operations of our technical platforms and solutions (e.g. Marketo, Drift, Highspot, and Clickup, etc). This role will work closely with Marketing team and relevant internal teams to support setup and daily use of these tools.  

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day lead on all marketing technology campaigns, programs and performance to best support lead generation for the sales team in support of all Cart.cm products and services.
  • Understand the goals and objectives of the marketing team to help the team execute more effectively and efficiently through efficient and optimized campaigns and tools. Own the strategy for marketing technology solutions for the team, taking into consideration Sales and Delivery priorities.
  • Coordinate with and manage vendors of the various solutions to ensure proper delivery and data input. Own the system implementation, oversee configuration, upgrade and maintenance of technology solutions. 
  • Support building out best practices, standardization, and process among the marketing technology suite and ensure timely communication with other stakeholders. Ensure all Marketing and customer-related systems are compliant with data protection laws and KS IT Security policies and processes. 
  • Ensure project and department goals are met within the approved budget. 

Experience

  • Bachelors degree 
  • Experience implementing digital data platforms/solutions, integrations with digital marketing tools, and analytic solutions 
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing automation and related technologies including Salesforce, CRM, CDP (Amplify), and analytics platforms (Google) 
  • Experience implementing Marketo 
  • Vendor management skilled; preferably related to sales and marketing 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Passion for solving complex data problems 
  • Works well with a high degree of autonomy 

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience working for D2C brands or ecommerce platforms 
  • Solutions Architecture experience; particularly in the Marketing technology space
  • Experience working with cloud-based solutions 
  • Experience with data visualization, analytic tools, reporting and dashboarding, cloud-based data platforms and machine learning capabilities

Our headquarters is located in Austin, Tx at the address listed. The majority of our roles are flexible hybrid for employees who live within the cities where we have offices and remote for employees who are not located in those cities.
