JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Media Coordinator who is hungry to gain insight and exposure into the mobile media and advertising industry. The Media Coordinator will help oversee and grow our ever expanding third party media relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join the AdAction team and learn all angles of the mobile advertising world in a rapidly growing company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in building, managing, and optimizing advertiser campaigns with our network of publishers.
- Monitor daily metrics, program performance, traffic quality to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Monitor publisher activity and potential policy / program violations.
- As needed, coordinate activities and resources between internal teams, including sales, account management, operations and finance.
- Continually optimize live advertising campaigns to drive maximum performance for our clients.
- Provide troubleshooting support for technical issues associated with campaigns.
- As appropriate, represent AdAction at designated trade shows and conferences.
- Maintain and improve internal intranet and CRM solutions.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Must be results-oriented and possess an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a demanding, fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills are a must.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience analyzing large datasets.
- Able to effectively interpret data, analyze results, and optimize campaigns quickly.
- Highly analytical and incredible attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
- Must possess an aptitude for technical implementation and trouble-shooting.
- Enthusiastic about the mobile app space.
