About the role:
Atmosphere News is looking for News Producers to curate and edit video content, write headlines and stack rundowns for a new streaming news channel. Candidates must have strong video editing and news writing abilities. 
JOB DESCRIPTION

• Curate, edit and produce video and graphics content for Atmosphere News
• Write and edit strong but measured headlines
• Tell informative stories in an audio-optional format
• Constantly exhibit journalistic standards, practices and discipline
• Work and thrive in a fast paced startup environment

PREFERENCES

• 1-3 years of professional video editing experience, especially news experience
• BS/BA in journalism, communication or related field
• Experience with Adobe Suite: Premiere and After Effects
• Proactive work ethic under deadline pressure
• Ability to bring new ideas to the table as a self-starter and a team player
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Efficiency with Google Suite (i.e., Sheets, Docs)
• This is a remote position, so strong work from home best practices are a must
