SparkCognition is looking for a bright, hard-working Paid Advertising Specialist to join our growing team. The Digital Advertising Specialist will play a vital role in all digital marketing initiatives for SparkCognition, while being an active member of the Creative and Digital Team.

This is a key role for driving results across all Paid, SEO, Social, and Content Marketing Campaigns. The Paid Advertising Specialist will manage all aspects of PPC campaigns, from planning to execution, and will help drive strategic insights and demonstrate a measurable ROI.

What you will do

Daily management of paid advertising for a variety of brands and on different channels

Maintain, monitor, and optimize keyword bids, budget caps, impressions, and lead generation

Provide recommendations and insights on our keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting and other facets of paid search in accordance with company goals

Build and maintain meaningful reports that measure and track marketing and ad performance

Dive into Google Analytics and Google Search Console for insights and communicate these results to team members

Regular audit of existing listings to identify opportunities and execute strategies to increase organic rank, conversions, sales

Report on conversion rates, cost per conversion analysis, rank, and sales velocity

Develop hypotheses for creative testing and execute a/b and multivariate tests

Improve our digital properties’ domain authority with white-hat SEO best practices

Use analytics to understand competitive market, measure and report on your efforts, and make recommendations

What we’re looking for

At least five years of digital advertising experience

Demonstrated track record developing and executing paid advertising strategy

Excellent written communication skills

Experience overseeing social advertising (LinkedIn, Twitter) and PPC campaign budget.

Demonstrated experience in B2B or enterprise technology and growing online presence.

Reporting using Google Analytics/AdWords and/or other marketing applications.

Ability to work with speed in an efficient manner while maintaining quality output

Outstanding ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems

Critical success factors

Experience with AdWords and Google Analytics

Current knowledge of the latest paid advertising trends, tools, best practices, and channels to keep us ahead of the competition

Comfortable with technical subject matter and copywriting

Comfortable synthesizing and analyzing data

Experience with advertising platforms of Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook

Working knowledge of at least 1 of the following tools: Moz, Raven Tools, SEMRush, Spyfu.

Ability to carry out agreed upon digital strategy with minimal oversight and interference

Effectively manage several advertising programs on various platforms

Ability to demonstrate growth in web traffic and online awareness for brand and products

Hands-on experience with Pardot and Salesforce

Bonus skills

Ideas and innovation around video marketing, Google, SEO

Excitement and enthusiasm for working with Artificial Intelligence, potential unicorn company and large enterprise clients
