WP Engine has an opportunity for a Paid Media Manager to join our growing paid media team. We’re looking for a paid advertising professional with experience managing Facebook, AdWords, and other paid channels to grow conversions and revenue.

Collaborating across internal departments, countries, and agencies, you will drive and demonstrate the impact paid media can have on our business.

The day to day.

• Optimizing, maintaining, and evaluating Facebook, AdWords, and DSP campaigns daily.
• Helping to manage a large marketing budget.
• Combing through our accounts, campaigns, and ads to find optimization opportunities.
• Developing and implementing regular testing to find new ways to increase our impact.
• Collecting, analyzing, and presenting performance data to the team and leadership.
• Working with the creative and web teams to bring new campaigns to life through ad copy, imagery, video, and landing pages.
• Conducting market research, staying on top of industry trends, and presenting new opportunities to accelerate our growth.

Your skills and expertise.

• 2+ years of experience designing, building, and optimizing paid media campaigns at scale with demonstrable impact on business growth.
• Mastery of AdWords and Facebook Business Manager
• Google Analytics proficiency
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• A data-driven approach to decision making.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience managing paid campaigns for a B2B company a plus.
• Google Analytics/AdWords certifications a plus.
