Paid Search Specialist
Job Summary:
Saatva is a direct-to-consumer mattress and home furnishings brand launched in 2011, and we are still growing rapidly each month and year. We’re looking for a passionate, data-driven Digital Marketing Associate to support our paid search, social and supporting customer experiences across channels. You will be central to creating a unified customer experience across teams (paid search, display, email, affiliate, and social). You will report to the Sr. Manager, Search Engine Marketing.

About You
You have deep and broad experience in digital marketing, specifically paid search, paid social, and display. You’re passionate, intellectually curious, and can deliver using creativity, attention to detail, and collaboration across departments and teams.

- Learn fast and can pivot quickly. You will run tests, talk to customers, analyze feedback, and integrate learnings into each subsequent campaign.
- Successfully juggle multiple initiatives and prioritize work effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Are excited to be part of a growing team, take initiative, and drive results. Love to work hard, have fun, learn and encourage the teams to try new media tactics
- Are pragmatic and can balance short and long-term efforts
Responsibilities/Duties
- Advocate for the advancement of cross-channel collaboration
- Manage the end-to-end process for copy and creative - from request, to ideation to review - ensuring that all final assets are compelling, accurate, and aligned with targeting, promotion, and business strategies
- Collaborate up, down, and across the organization to aid, and challenge where needed
- Handles strategy, analysis, and tactical channel management across paid search
- Monitor and report against objectives and set business-relevant KPIs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in paid search and social, copywriting and basic creative collaboration
- Strong track record of driving results
- Strong analytical skills and fanatical obsession with achieving set goals and ROI
- Excellent program management and communication skills and a great track record of working across teams
- Strong problem-solving skills (a thinker outside of the box)
- Strong writing skills
- E-commerce experience
- Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS
- Familiarity with the following types of tools:
- Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar
- Unbounce, Optimizely or similar
- Google Sheets, Excel (looking for someone who dreams Pivots)
- Google Slides, Google Docs, Asana, Jira
