About the Role
Hearth is looking to rapidly grow our performance marketing channels by bringing on an experienced, creative executor. Leveling-up this capability is essential for enabling us to expand our inbound sales operations and drive further company growth. This role will be responsible for managing our current marketing programs across Facebook, Google, programmatic and more. This includes optimizing campaigns, building and testing new audiences, and managing creative development. Ideally, a successful candidate will have certifications or experience in Facebook, Adwords, and more. Additionally, this role will focus on channel growth and expansion opportunities, creating new acquisition flows for our ever-growing line of products. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing team, continue to build a first-class demand generation program, and be on the front lines of a high growth company.
What you'll do:

  • Own and optimize high-value digital marketing programs through Facebook, Google, and more
  • Test and find success through new digital paid channels like YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and more
  • Identify and build out new digital channels that have strong growth potential within the home improvement space
  • Build a data driven approach to our demand generation strategy using structured A/B testing, funnel analysis, and sales data
  • Own creative development and success in collaboration with online tools and designers
  • Identify and test new audiences using first and third party data
  • Build and test creative & messaging around new features, products and branding, particularly our new payments collection and contracts solution in the short term
  • Make recommendations that impact landing page and funnel optimization for the business development, sales, and marketing teams
  • Partner with sales leaders to tie results to sales performance
  • Work with marketing and finance leaders to determine optimal spend and media mix across digital channels


What we're looking for:

  • Experience with managing and optimizing digital media campaigns in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Willing to dig in and get your hands dirty
  • Metrics-driven in your decision-making, always striving to improve existing processes
  • You approach problems in a structured manner
  • Extremely detail oriented with an ability to understand data and act on it
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to internal stakeholders
  • A naturally, curious learner
  • Willingness to work on your own projects and be responsible for results
  • Experience working with sales teams
  • Competitive spirit, high energy, self-motivated team player that wants more than a 9-5 job
  • Higher priority on critical thinking, creativity, and eagerness to learn and hustle than on experience


Nice-to-haves:

  • Knowledge of the home improvement space
  • 2+ years of work experience in marketing or a high-growth tech company with exposure to marketing technology or campaign creation, or an ad agency with experience implementing and optimizing media budgets
  • Experience in Salesforce, Marketo and Outreach
  • Experience running landing page tests and funnel optimization
  • Experience working with designers on creative development for marketing campaigns
