About the Role

As the Paid Social Manager at Sips by, you’ll define and execute a paid social strategy to drive awareness and conversion across channels like Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, and more. You will develop and execute a test-and-learn plan to maximize growth while managing to efficiency targets, quickly scaling based on learnings. You’ll partner closely with the creative and content teams to develop new campaigns, then track, measure, and report on results.


Here’s a bit more about what you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute Sips by’s paid social strategy, focusing initially on Facebook/Instagram, then testing into additional channels
  • Develop and execute a test and learn plan to identify best practices and performance drivers, building these into future campaigns as well as a channel performance “cookbook”
  • Conceptualize, build, manage, analyze, and report on campaigns; identify channel KPIs and benchmarks and implement weekly/monthly reporting
  • Partner with marketing leadership to develop actionable seasonal creative briefs
  • Partner with our creative and content teams to develop, build, and deploy campaigns that engage and delight our target audience


About You

The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, results-driven, and obsessed with delivering great customer experiences. You thrive in entrepreneurial environments, are deeply organized and detail-oriented, and enjoy learning new things. Personal accountability, a positive attitude, and ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team are at your core.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years of experience running paid social advertising at scale
  • Consistent track record of delivering measurable results via paid social advertising
  • Experience providing actionable inputs to creative briefs and constructive feedback on email campaigns, always keeping the customer experience top-of-mind
  • Experience successfully managing to CPA/CAC/cost-per-result targets
  • Subject matter expertise in paid social and the broader direct response ad industry - you stay ahead of cutting-edge trends and channel developments
  • Strong understanding of and experience with audience targeting and segmentation
  • Strategic, analytical problem-solving skills with proven ability to structure a data-driven approach to complex business problems
  • Understanding of different attribution models and the benefits/drawbacks of each


Even better if you have:

  • In-house experience in the direct-to-consumer/ecommerce space
  • Experience working with a subscription-based business
  • Experience with Asana
