LumApps is seeking a Product Marketing Analyst in Austin, TX, New York, NY, or Remote. Our Strategic Development team helps define and enable our global efforts leading to technology justification, analyst relations, and thought leadership around LumApps’ solutions. Product Marketing Analysts must be active listeners, researchers, explorers - while being savvy with intranet and digital workplace technologies. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate market landscape, business situations, and common challenges in cloud buying cycles for intranet and digital workplaces
  • Understand common intranet use cases, patterns, and relate common processes, into tangible assets
  • Understand LumApps, help build and scope solutions and use cases within the product
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest process and intranet/digital workplace conversations
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Perform requirements analysis and provide insight
  • Document and communicate the results of your efforts.
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Perform user acceptance testing.
  • Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
  • Update, implement, and maintain procedures.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
  • Manage competing resources and priorities.
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.


Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Advanced technical skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects.


Preferred Experience: 

  • Experience with Intranet / Digital Workplace tools (e.g. Jive, Unily, Sharepoint, Beezy, Igloo, LifeRay, LiveTiles, Interact, Simpplr, etc.)
  • SaaS Experience in Professional Services or Pre-Sales Support/engineering
  • Enterprise Sales experience
  • Strong MS 365 background
