ABOUT THIS POSITION

Aceable is looking for a Director of Product Marketing for our Real Estate vertical. This position will champion the delivery of rewarding online shopping and up-sell experiences through effective messaging, positioning, and merchandising of content/features that resonate with customers. Reporting to the General Manager of Real Estate and serving as a key member of Aceable’s leadership team, this position will own all vertical-specific revenue (approaching $20M) and customer acquisition metrics.

Our ideal Product Marketing Director is passionate about delivering on customer needs and creating digital experience that position Aceable as the market leader. With experience in a high-growth and/or startup environment, you have developed successful consumer facing brands, have strong analytical and quantitative skills, and know how to tell a story that will resonate with our target customer. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Be the strategic visionary for the Aceable real estate brand, developing and executing strategies to tell our story while inspiring others to deliver on the promises we make to our customers
  • Utilize user and market research, market validation, and analytics to guide white-space analysis and identify new opportunities for existing and new products
  • Effectively position our products and services against competitors and substitute products through effective communication of Aceable’s brand value proposition  
  • Drive aggressive adoption of Aceable products, services, and related 3rd party offerings through online customer acquisition channels including: SEM, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliate, Referral, and in-product upselling 
  • Lead the successful launch and growth of new products and services 
  • Lead cross-functional teams to clearly define short and long-term product marketing strategy and expected outcomes and ensure that the business delivers on those outcomes by tracking against monthly, quarterly, and yearly customer and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with marketing communications, product management, business development, and learning experience teams to develop digital experiences that meet customer needs and deliver value measurable value
  • Define, track, and refine key performance indicators for each product and report status on KPI’s to senior leadership

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 10 years of hands-on product and/or marketing experience with large scale consumer-facing websites 
  • B2C leadership experience and a proven track record of managing high growth, multi-million dollar product lines
  • Experience creating a digital shopping experience that delights consumers and drives adoption
  • Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction and create prioritized roadmaps focused on what will drive maximum value for the organization
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex and  competing priorities in a high energy environment
  • Self-motivated and directed with the ability and experience  motivating others 
  • Experience using research and analytics to inform product strategy, marketing campaigns, product roadmaps, and feature enhancements 
  • Excellent communication skills with experience influencing stakeholders across all levels and areas of the organization and creating and sharing a brand story
  • Solid business acumen and performance marketing experience
