The Role
Overhaul is looking for a Product Marketing Manager responsible for partnering with Product Marketing leadership to support our goals to more deeply embed data-driven decision-making into our overall go to market strategy. As a Product Marketing Manager, you’re seasoned at managing product launches and involved in the entire life-cycle of product development, working closely with our Product team. You will identify innovative ways to deliver sales enablement and support marketing with content, creating marketing strategies and GTM plans. Rallying people behind your vision and motivating cross-departmental collaboration to drive adoption for your focus areas successfully.

Responsibilities:
- Together with the product team, educate internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits.
- Create a Sales Enablement to support our growth teams
- Partner with the Product team, plan the launches of new products and releases of existing products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
- Collaborate with other product marketers and campaign marketing teams to bring the messaging to life in campaigns that drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop product marketing content to position our solution across various producer use cases.
- Collaborate with technology practice leaders, SME’s (Subject Matter Experts), dedicated Business Development leads.
- Host scale outreach through virtual events/webinars to extend our reach across the Producer community.
- Drive marketing capabilities by articulating a clear value proposition.
- Monitor and document technology trends, ecosystem developments, and competitive moves that influence customer needs.
- Use your understanding of the competition and ecosystem, coupled with a knowledge of our product, to influence product and business development decisions.
- Act as a primary liaison between Product, Partner Success and our customers, Agency Partners
- Lead and implement essential marketing effectiveness tracking and success metrics to ensure ongoing attribution.
About you:
- Highly experienced in content production with excellent written and communication skills.
- Ideally 3+ years of product marketing experience or a related field such as marketing or product; SaaS, Logistics, Supply chain experience preferred
- Enthusiastic self-starter with a willingness to operate at both highly strategic levels - to define customer problems/marketing / positioning of our products - and at very tactical levels, such as launching products and features to our internal teams or customers in close collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams
- Effective project management skills with the ability to work on tight deadlines
- Strong public speaker, comfortable in front of executives and large groups
- Proven track record of working collaboratively across -functional teams, clients, colleagues, and executives
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, multi-task and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace.
