Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager for Procore, you will champion our solutions, be an evangelist of positioning and messaging in the market, and enable other Procore departments to do so as well. In this role, you’ll help lead messaging and positioning for one of our key buyer segments or product categories. You’ll also create marketing strategies and launch plans that continue to establish Procore as the best and most widely used construction project management platform in the industry.

You should have experience in product marketing or general B2B marketing, polished presentation skills, and can develop strategies around how to bring solutions to market.

You have a true curiosity around personas, their challenges, behaviors, as well as data trends that draw conclusions and insights from those trends. This position requires a blend of skills needed to develop and tell clear stories, identify innovative ways to deliver content, rally people behind your vision, and motivate cross-departmental collaboration in an effort to successfully launch a campaign.

This role can be based out of any of our US offices or remotely within the US. We’re looking for candidates to join us immediately!

What you'll do:

  • Drive launch strategies and the marketing efforts to support and drive go-to-market delivery and engagement

  • Ensure internal cross-departmental groups are aligned and have the necessary information to successfully execute 

  • Identify opportunities for growth with new industry verticals in partnership with product and corporate strategy, and build business plans that clearly define new market opportunities 

  • Become a market expert on Procore’s current and future buyers, how they buy, and their buying criteria

  • Become an expert in positioning Procore's solutions against the competition

  • Train and enable the Sales and Customer Success organizations to understand our target personas while providing them with the necessary resources to properly position and sell Procore

  • Create and nurture customer and thought leader relationships to develop references, drive case studies, identify champions

  • Identify market trends/challenges and inspire content meant to drive engagement around these discoveries (compelling webcasts, written articles, infographics, and social messaging)

  • Produce and present compelling presentations at various events including sales meetings, roadshows, and industry trade shows.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing at high-growth companies with multiple products and buyer personas

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. [MBA or equivalent business experience].

  • Knowledge of or experience in the construction industry is highly desirable but not required

  • Strong written and presentation skills

  • Ability to take ownership of your role to execute goals, take the initiative to find opportunities, and develop plans that inspire others

  • Experience developing results-driven strategies

  • Desire to create stories from data and behavioral trends

  • Creative thinker with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation

  • You have the ability to disagree while encouraging openness and collaboration along the way

  • Some travel required

  • Ability to take ownership of challenging initiatives and lead executive-level conversations to align company strategy

Procore Austin is the second largest of our offices, occupying six floors in the Chase Tower at the center of downtown Austin.
