Facebook seeks an experienced marketing professional to join our Product Marketing team, who is passionate about transforming the way businesses of all sizes connect with customers and sell goods & services seamlessly online. This person will lead global go-to-market strategy, solution development, goaling, prioritization, and packaging for our suite of Commerce solutions and will partner with multiple teams to influence new product development based on market needs. This person will work most closely with sister Product Marketing functions, along with Marketing, Communications, and customer teams on outbound marketing and growth.

Excellent cross-functional leadership, ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, and comfort with a fast-paced, ambiguous environment is a must. This person should have empathy for people and businesses, as well as internal stakeholders like sales and product teams. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and the Commerce industry, a track record of resilience under pressure, and a vision for how we can better meet the needs of our customers with our Commerce solutions.


Product Marketing Manager, Commerce Responsibilities

  • Develop Commerce solutions by bringing together the right Commerce products to solve customer needs across multiple audiences

  • Lead development, socialization, and execution of global audience go-to-market planning and packaging for Commerce solutions with marketing and PR stakeholders

  • Guide and partner with cross-functional teams (both global and regional) in developing internal and external communications, product documentation, and collateral

  • Distill and surface market feedback from various channels to influence product teams for new and existing Commerce products

  • Set the outbound priorities for our suite of Commerce solutions, drive alignment with partner teams to support those priorities, and ensure they ladder up to Facebook's overarching strategic goals

  • Create multi-year, annual, and semi-annual plans to build trust and mitigate risk through this portfolio of solutions

  • Craft briefing materials and present to executives on a regular basis

  • Manage high priority, fast moving decisions and communication planning

    Minimum Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree

    • 6+ years experience in digital marketing, consulting, communications, or information technology

    • Knowledge of mobile monetization and ad technology

    • Experience simplifying complexity and experience communicating with technical, business, and external stakeholders

    • Experience setting priorities, problem solving, multi-tasking, and working independently

    • Track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results

    • Experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels

      Preferred Qualifications

      • 2+ years experience working with or in the retail, e-commerce or digital advertising industry

      • Masters degree
