WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

At Qualia, product marketing is a unique and strategic function with a great deal of autonomy, responsibility, and influence. PMMs are considered “general managers” of their business unit from a marketing perspective, architecting not only product positioning but also the overall marketing narrative and go-to-market playbook for the audience.

We are looking for a senior level Product Marketing Manager who has prior experience in the financial services, real estate, or mortgage lending space to own marketing strategy and product marketing for Qualia’s fast growing Lender business. Mortgage lenders are a critical player in the real estate ecosystem and have significant needs around technology that Qualia can uniquely solve. This is a high visibility role with regular interaction and collaboration with executive leadership. 

You will be responsible for influencing our product roadmap, enabling our sales and go-to-market teams, and working with our demand gen team to launch products and generate excitement in the market. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing, you will have a high degree of ownership, responsibility, and career growth potential in addition to serving a foundational role for the team. This is a unique opportunity to join our team at a key inflection point and play an integral role in one of the fastest growing real estate technology companies in Silicon Valley.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate closely with the Product team to define goals, go-to-market strategies, and product messaging that compels potential customers to work with Qualia
  • Plan and deliver impactful product launches and ongoing marketing motions, working closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success
  • Work closely with Demand Gen, Content Marketing, and Customer Marketing on campaign assets to influence movement across various stages of the marketing and sales funnel
  • Continuously analyze insights from prospect meetings, customer interviews, and sales tools in order to identify ways to improve our messaging and product capabilities
  • Become an expert in our audiences, market, buying decision, competitive landscape, and overall strategy through ongoing research

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

  • 7-10+ years of proven experience in a product marketing role at a financial services, mortgage lending, or real estate-related company, or prior management consulting experience
  • Experience with developing and communicating strategy (through thoughtful research) in addition to executing 
  • Experienced storyteller with strong messaging and content development skills
  • Successful track-record of cross-functional collaboration with teams, contributors, and stakeholders across multiple seniority levels
  • Ability to excel in an ambiguous environment and reprioritize to align with business objective
  • Comfortable communicating and partnering with internal teams on joint go-to-market efforts as well as managing projects with short deadlines, cross-functional dependencies, and competing priorities
  • High energy, well organized self-starter with an ownership mentality
