The Role
Overhaul is looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for partnering with Product Marketing leadership to support our goals to more deeply embed data-driven decision-making into our overall go to market strategy. As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll directly contribute to Overhaul’s overall growth and profitability by utilizing predictive analytics to help evaluate factors that will enhance our Insurtech offerings. This vital role is to understand the competitive and market landscape for the Insurtech vertical.

Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:
- Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits.
- Develop product marketing content to position our solution across various producer use cases
- Collaborate with technology practice leaders, SME’s (Subject Matter Experts), dedicated Business Development leads
- Host scale outreach through virtual events/webinars to extend our reach across the Producer community
- Drive marketing capabilities by articulating a clear value proposition
- Monitor and document technology trends, ecosystem developments, and competitive moves that influence customer needs
- Use your understanding of the competition and ecosystem, coupled with an understanding of our product, to influence product and business development decisions
- Act as a primary liaison between Product, Partner Success and our customers, Agency Partners
- Lead and implement key marketing effectiveness tracking and success metrics to ensure ongoing attribution
About you:
- Highly experienced in content production with excellent written and communication skills
- 5+ years of product marketing or experience in a similar role at a SaaS company
- Enthusiastic self-starter with a willingness to operate at both highly strategic levels - to define customer problems / marketing / positioning of our products - and at very tactical levels, such as launching products and features to our internal teams or to customers in close collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams
- Effective project management skills with ability to work on tight deadlines
- Strong public speaker, comfortable in front of executives and large groups
- Proven track record of working collaboratively across -functional teams, clients, colleagues, and executives
- Ability to prioritize, problem solve, multi-task and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
