Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a world class Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team, performing market and competitive analysis, product and competitive positioning, sales enablement, product launches, content creation and more.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience as a product marketing, product management and/or sales engineering professional at an enterprise software company targeting executive and technical buyers. The candidate will have domain expertise in enterprise data center and cloud management.
What you will do:
Develop product and competitive positioning and messaging that resonates with our audience: IT executives, enterprise IT architects, IT Operations and DevOps practitioners
Enable the direct sales force and channel partners by providing ongoing training and enablement
Create key sales tools including competitive analyses to enhance sales effectiveness
Create marketing materials (briefs, webinars, messaging platforms) to support sales and campaign initiatives
Perform market and competitive research and analysis
Plan and manage product launch activities, working with Product Management
Present and represent the brand at trade shows and conferences
Partner with the customer success team to nurture and drive a steady stream of customer references
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product management on messaging and target marketing
Work across the marketing team to provide content for website, collateral, press releases, media and industry analyst briefings, trade shows, integrated campaigns, online marketing, etc.
Develop or oversee the creation of various collateral including white papers, presentations, datasheets, eBooks, etc.
Identify and represent the company at various speaking engagements, conferences, press interviews, industry analyst briefings, etc.
Assist the sales organization by providing expertise in specific sales situations
What we're looking for:
- 4-8 years of product marketing or related experience
- Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills including ability to create and deliver effective presentations
- Comfort with both technical and business discussions
- Experience planning and executing product launches, extending beyond standard product offerings to include training, support, and services
- Ability to develop effective enterprise sales tools including videos, presentations, whitepapers, datasheets, and campaigns
- Experience delivering sales training and enablement to internal teams and external partners
- Highly relevant domain expertise, industry experience in SaaS and Enterprise IT is preferred
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment
