We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager to help us tell the world about our platform, roadmap and vision. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, independent, self-motivated and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

Hundreds of organizations worldwide spanning 20+ industries use Vyopta to monitor 6 million endpoints and over 20 billion meeting minutes a year.


  • Develop the messaging and GTM strategy for the Vyopta platform for managed services providers and enterprises. 

  • Execute cross-functional go-to-market activities -- product launches and enhancements. 

  • Partner with:

    •  Product Management to create sales enablement collateral, includes sales decks, product sheets, presentations, videos, demo scripts, battle cards, and objection handling FAQs. 

    • Sales Operations and Training to create the training that teaches the Sales team on how to present, demo and sell our platform. 

    • Marketing team to produce clear, compelling, and persuasive content for generating demand and nurturing leads.

  • Be the expert on Vyopta’s buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; use this knowledge to inform product development, customer services and business development.

  • Identify competitors and assess their relative strengths and weaknesses and devise counter-strategies. 

  • Work with customers to build case studies, testimonials and references.


  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience

  • Poise and judgment to work with customers/partners and influence at a senior level

  • Ability to learn new products and evaluate them in the competitive environment

  • Exceptional at a strategic level to define new market opportunities and assess product-market fit but also to work tactically to drive projects to successful completion.

  • Clear thinker and communicator with excellent written and oral communication

  • Proven problem solver, able to discern the crux of an issue and use good judgement in recommending practical solutions

  • Bachelor’s degree.
