Job Summary:
We are looking for a client-facing Programmatic Campaign Manager with hands-on expertise in Programmatic media buying and a drive to deliver performance to work across a variety of exciting accounts in collaboration with a best-in-class team of cross-channel digital media professionals.
Responsibilities
- Manage client Programmatic and Amazon advertising campaigns, including set-up, optimization, reporting, and day-to-day client communication
- Execute hands-on optimization and implementing strategies for targeting, creative, and funnel optimization to hit client performance goals
- Develop partnerships with our display partners to ensure we're following best practices and gaining access to relevant betas
- Handle implementing complex strategies and driving quantifiable results for multiple clients
- Interpreting campaign data and providing strategic recommendations to client
- Conduct industry, audience and competitor research, vetting and recommending new data and media partners
- Test new DSP partners to accomplish incremental conversions and revenue for the business
- Provide Creative team insights on performance and direction on planned campaign testing schedules for continued improvements and learnings
- Work with BI teams to implement and QA campaign tracking and reporting integrity
- Develop testing schedules and action plans to validate bidding, audience, creative strategies and platforms

Must Have Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in digital marketing/media buying
- 2+ years hands-on keyboard experience in DSPs & Display Networks (Google Ads, DV360, TradeDesk, etc.)
- Strong understanding of the Programmatic ecosystem, including major players in the industry and the key tools and platforms available (DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, Ad Exchanges, Verification & Fraud Technologies, etc.)
- Advanced experience with ad trafficking specifically Campaign Manager
- Strong expertise and background in digital analytics and/or audience data management platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe, etc.), as well as how to use these tools in paid media campaigns
- Familiarity with ad serving, tracking, and attribution technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with eCom, subscription and lead gen business models
- Experience with clients in the Apparel, Beauty, CPG, Healthcare business
- Experience with Amazon Advertising DSP and Sponsored Ads
