Recruitment Marketing Manager
We are looking for a bold visionary to build a new recruitment marketing capability at Realtor.com. The recruitment marketing manager works within our strategic center of excellence on the talent attraction team. This is a pivotal role that will be responsible for taking our employer brand visibility to the next level by marketing our compelling story on a multitude of platforms and channels. The recruitment marketing manager will also own campaign performance, drive continuous improvement, expand and evolve employer brand execution while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

What You Will Do:
Campaign Strategy, Management & Measurement
- Build, design and implement an enterprise-wide recruitment marketing media plan (paid and organic) that attracts, engages and hires desired talent.
- Support key marketing initiatives for talent segments including D&I, early careers, events and other programs.
- Oversee recruiting and social media channels, engagement, growth strategy and day-to-day maintenance.
- Create thriving talent communities and run successful CRM nurture campaigns.
- Provide thought leadership for employer brand reputation management, awards strategies, candidate personas and candidate journey mapping in partnership with the communications team.
- Contribute to careers site including architecture, design, enhancements, ongoing performance evaluation and reporting.
- Own media analytics, industry benchmarking and data reporting to include metrics such as cost per click, cost per application, conversion rates, channel effectiveness, quality reach, content engagement levels and more.
- Administer media budget and campaign pacing.
Cross-Collaboration Teaming & Partnerships
- Partner with the TA operations team on third party ATS integrations.
- Generate pixels, utm’s and additional tracking methodologies for marketing campaigns.
- Understand all products and capabilities for best outcomes and ROI with vendors.
- Communicate with HR, recruiters and business leaders to understand our most critical staffing needs.
- Support and educate the broader talent attraction team on recruitment marketing and social sharing best practices.
- Work in tandem with the communications and marketing teams to develop innovative marketing materials such as flyers, branded emails, videos, infographics and other media.
Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence
- Stay engaged with the latest innovations and technologies in recruitment marketing.
- Act as subject matter expert in current and predictive applicant behaviors and market intelligence to inform workforce planning and prioritization.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years related experience in recruitment marketing, marketing or advertising or equivalent
- 3+ year(s) supporting talent attraction and/or talent acquisition teams preferred
- Project management experience; ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM principles.
- Familiarity with marketing, social and analytics tools, i.e. Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, Sprout, Sprinkler, Canva and/or others.
- Experience with data visualization and report creation.
