    • The Senior Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) develops a thorough understanding of business drivers and security issues faced by enterprise accounts, and is responsible for developing and implementing high value marketing programs and events to reach and convert target accounts and stakeholders. This includes the development and execution of ABM tactics to engage specific target buyers and influencers as they relate to certain product or solution initiatives. The RMM is tasked with driving marketing programs and events that result in MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline, and that ultimately support new customer acquisition and cross-sell goals. The RMM continually assesses and understands the territory’s current pipeline mix and gaps, target accounts, and identifies lead generation action plans as needed. The person fulfilling this role builds strong relationships with the sales team, and collaborates with other marketing functions to ensure successful results. The RMM also collaborates with the Campaigns team and provides input during campaign development cycles. This role is based in Austin, Texas and will support pipeline generation initiatives in North America.

      Essential Functions

      • Develop and execute lead generation plan for assigned territory for Cloud, Data Security/UEBA and Network Security  solutions.
      • Understand territory pipeline mix, acquisition target status, and identify lead generation remediation plan as needed.
      • Design and implement integrated marketing programs that generate MQLs, SQLs and drive new customer acquisition and new business with existing customers.
      • Incorporate a variety of disciplines and tactics into marketing programs, including curated and industry events, sponsorships, ABM tactics, direct mail, and digital campaigns. Leverage internal  PR, Analyst, Social and other Corporate resources and campaigns as needed.
      • Ability to create and modify presentation abstracts, and seek out relevant speaking engagements and sponsorships.
      • Collaborate with Campaigns Team and represent field point-of-view during campaign development.
      • Create unique C-level engagements to engage key customer and prospect stakeholders with executives and sales teams.
      • Develop and  communicate marketing plans to sales teams, and incorporate sales feedback into program improvements.
      • Engage and manage outside vendors as necessary to contribute to program goals.  
      • Manage and balance quarterly marketing program budget.
      • Meet or exceed quarterly MQL, SQL and pipeline goals.
      • Utilize SalesForce.com to determine program/campaign ROI.
      • Utilize Tableau to understand pipeline profile.
      • Utilize SalesForce.com and Discover.org to research prospects and generate target audience lists.
      • Collaborate with channel partners on development and execution of joint marketing programs. Manage the related MDF/coop program activities and administration.
      • Ensure lead uploads and event/program logistics are executed efficiently and on time.

        Qualifications/Skills

      • Bachelor degree in Marketing.
      • Account-Based Marketing certification is a plus.
      • Minimum 5-7 years of field marketing or enterprise marketing experience. Saas and Cloud Security experience a plus.
      • Experience supporting sales teams and thriving under the pressure of achieving quarterly pipeline goals.
      • Solid understanding of marketing mix, campaign elements and tactics necessary to deliver results.
      • Must thrive in a collaborative environment in parallel with working independently to execute quickly with impact.
      • Must be a team player.
      • Must be self-driven.
      • Ability to think out of the box.
      • Flexible and adapts easily to frequent changes. 
      • SalesForce.com experience.
      • Marketo or other marketing automation platform experience.
      • Tableau experience a plus.
      • Experience in software marketing environments is a plus.
      • Ability to travel 30% of the time in North America.

We are located in the North Austin area by The Domain, off of Braker between Mopac and 183. Our office patio overlooks Quarry Lake.
