Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can thrive in a fast pace environment and successfully contribute to the team. Our goal is to find someone who can implement emails, manage client ESP, Marketing Automation Tools (MAT) and CRM systems, and act as a client contact for facilitating list definitions and other technical talking points. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, passion for technology, eye for detail, and ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
SFMC discovery and architecture design
SFMC Account and Business Unit configurations
SFMC Data Model design and implementation
SFMC Email Studio implementations and delivery
Complex automations using Journey Builder
SFMC System monitoring, upgrades, and governance
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of executing and managing email campaigns
2+ years working with databases
2+ years working with email deployments
Led or close partner to SFMC implementations with multiple business units
System integrations including Marketing Cloud Connect (to Veeva CRM)
Subscriber lists and segmentation
IP warming and email best practices
Email campaign metrics and reporting
SFMC troubleshooting
Preferred
BS in Computer Science
Agency experience
Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Admin
Pharmaceutical Experience
Salesforce Pardot experience
Salesforce Interaction Studio experience
