SEM Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEM Manager to join our team. This position works within our Austin, TX headquarters located at 360 and 222, which is about 8 miles from downtown and beautifully situated on the edge of Central Texas Hill Country.

As our SEM Manager, you will:
- Build, drive and optimize successful Google, Bing, LinkedIn and Facebook PPC marketing campaigns
- Drive continued optimization of SEM campaigns through performance analysis, ad copy testing, quality score improvement, keyword management, landing page testing, etc
- Constant ongoing creation of keywords, display banners, and ad copy
- Manage Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other advertising platforms
- Interpret trends and make recommendations based on client ROI, CPA, CPC, CTR and ROAS
- Go above and beyond to provide phenomenal service to internal and external customers and partners at all times
What we're looking for in a highly competitive candidate:
- Proficiency with data and Excel-driven analysis
- Prior track record of successfully managing and optimizing direct response campaigns to efficiency and volume goals
- 2+ years of experience in Adwords
- Hands-on experience with campaign management, and ad copywriting
- Familiar with AdWords Editor, Bing Ads Editor and Facebook Business Manager
- Excellent communication, project-management and analytical skills
- Bachelor degree in engineering/mathematics/economics/finance or related field
