The Opportunity
We're looking for an exceptional Senior Adoption & Retention Marketing Manager to engage Adobe Digital Experience (DX) customers through global virtual retention events and in-person regional retention programs focused on driving deeper product usage, sharing of tips-and-tricks and best practices, and peer-to-peer networking, with the goals of protecting and growing retention revenue and igniting customer advocacy. The event program will align with, complement, and enhance existing online customer learning journeys through Adobe Experience League and DX adoption nurture programs to accelerate value realization. This role will report directly to the Director of Customer Adoption and Retention Marketing and will work closely with our Product Management, Customer Success, Experience League, Professional Services, and Product Marketing teams.
What you'll Do

  • Collaborate with the DX Retention Marketing team to continue to expand the virtual event retention program series globally and across multiple DX applications to help drive deeper product usage, value realization, adoption, and retention
  • Analyze customer feedback and engagement data to assess what's working, what needs improvement and drive program optimization
  • Manage DX Product teams to drive alignment around and creation of event content
  • Ensure alignment of program content to complement existing Experience League learning journeys and email and in-product adoption nurture programs
  • Drive execution of virtual program series in collaboration with DX Retention Marketing team
  • Work with the DX Retention Marketing team to establish effective program measurement and KPIs, track and report progress against KPIs
  • Represent the perspective of the customer while working with teams across the organization to ensure an exceptional customer experience


What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree, with an emphasis in business, marketing, or related field; MBA a plus
  • 7+ years of demand generation, marketing, and/or customer marketing experience preferred
  • Marketo experience a plus
  • Customer-centric with a "what's best for the customer" approach
  • Proven ability to both drive strategy and execution of programs
  • Strong program development and management skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and be an exceptional teammate
  • Accountable for your performance and results, and committed to delivering your best
  • A font of creativity -- you take pride in coming up with fun, exciting ideas to make customers happy and successful
  • Self-motivated, attentive, organized, and willing to take complete ownership of a project
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
