To support our exciting business growth, we are actively recruiting a Digital Marketing Analyst, Integrated Marketing to join the Media team on Bankrate, a Red Ventures company. Bankrate is on a mission to support our consumer’s with every life financial decision. We're looking for consummate media pros with demonstrable success supporting sales teams, and winning over clients with innovative programs and packages. What You'll Do

• Reporting 
• Act as the tactical owner of the Distribution Team’s P&L
• Develop a centralized cross functional performance management structure for the Distribution team (Brand, Pub, IM, etc.) 
• Establish a team of analysts who will assist in querying site metrics, audience data, etc. to help inform the greater team and partners 
• IM Support
• Assist in the development of  innovative custom programs for advertisers that leverage the brands and capabilities of our Financial Services network, and more, across media, data, social, custom content, and experiential
• Interface with various stakeholders across the organization to assemble compelling programs, including Editorial, Product, Branded Content and Experiential teams
• Generate high-quality deliverables in various formats, breaking down multi-faceted programs into digestible presentations
• Test current and new products on and off-site in order to continue to build a competitive product suite (e.g. - GAM expansion)
• Partnership Support
• Establish a Performance structure and playbook to help Account Manager effectively track campaign guarantees and performance
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of the evolving media landscape, including competitors, new platforms and formats, trends, and talent

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years experience in an Digital marketing or an analytically-oriented field
• Strong writing and presentation skills
• Experience in advertiser marketing at a publisher, brand, or other media-based entity
• Working knowledge of digital media deal components and media planning
