We're looking for a meticulous Brand Manger to join our team and manage the organization and execution of key projects, working directly with our internal team as well as Fortune 500 clients. You will supervise and coordinate day-to-day work on all integrated projects of assigned clients, including traditional and digital media management and strategy. Brand Managers help create structure, drive work flow and support the overall vision for assigned projects (advertising, media planning/buying, strategy, technology implementation).

You are responsible for overseeing multiple projects at a time (within a given client or potentially across multiple clients), and ensuring that these projects meet or exceed internal team and client expectations and are delivered on-time and on-budget. 

 The BM manages schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverable’ dates are clearly communicated, understood, and executed. You will be in charge of monitoring project risks and scope to identify potential issues and proactively recommend solutions to address them. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work in tandem with the sales executive and client in defining and implementing key initiatives, strategies, controlling project scope and the change control process to ensure that goals are completed according to schedule and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the client team to develop and implement media and marketing strategies. 
  • Identify approach, deliverables, schedule and tools to deliver the project within established constraints. 
  • Coordinate all activities of the client team and ensures that project tasks are completed by: scheduling and facilitating project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc.), communicating action steps to team, and delivering weekly status reports and updating Hot List items for project team, the client and management. 
  • Develop, maintain, review and/or disseminate all brand documentation including status reports, invoices, change orders, project schedules, budgets, and post mortem reviews.
  • Work on implementing strategies, controlling project scope and the change control process to ensure that projects are completed according to schedule and within budget.
  • Contribute to and lead content and presentation of key client deliverables as required to ensure relevancy, strategy, quality and timeliness. 
  • Act as a client point-of-contact for all day-to-day project related issues. 
  • Identify key opportunities for client growth and team efficiencies. 
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement marketing and advertising tactics; audience, creative, media and website . 
  • Contribute to reporting content and story-line insights (KPIs, creative, testing, analytics) for weekly meetings, quarterly business reviews/media plans /key client deliverables. 

Experience:

  • 5 years direct work experience in a media marketing and account management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution– digital (required), traditional (a plus). 
  • Have a strong understanding and experience with digital advertising/marketing/creative and tech (analytics, ad creatives, landing pages, pixel, UTM parameters) 
  • Exposure to and involvement with media and marketing planning. Ability to implement such strategies across various aspects (internal teams, external teams, vendors, etc.). 
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (ability to create and manipulate pivot tables, pull together cohesive and engaging presentations). 
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 
  • Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments with professional demeanor. 
  • Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies. 
  • Incredible organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask 

Bonus Points:

  • Have an understanding of ecommerce and the challenges brands face when trying to scale while being prescriptive to solutions and services to solve pain points.
