About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented senior demand gen marketer to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing best-in-class demand generation tactics to drive pipeline and revenue growth for Rev.com products.

As a senior individual contributor on the Marketing team, you will align with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing to strategize, build, execute, and measure demand gen campaigns across multiple buyer personas and stages in the buying cycle. This includes the ownership and execution of demand related programs across channels including but not limited to SEM, SEO, paid social, display, content syndication, etc. with the goal of increasing qualified leads, pipeline, and ultimately bookings for our sales team.

A successful applicant will be a self-starter who finds both collaboration and critical thinking equally compelling. This candidate would benefit from joining an agile and innovative marketing team and would drive our demand generation strategy for Rev.com products across the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Build and execute end-to-end demand generation programs aligned to sales priorities and revenue targets, including but not limited to ABM, SEM, SEO, email, paid social, display, content syndication, webinars, lead nurture programs, and more
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies that achieve quarterly pipeline goals, driving leads, MQLs, and opportunities for sales
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team on the development of content, marketing assets, and collateral to support demand generation initiatives at all stages of the buying cycle
  • Develop and nurture a close relationship with sales to align on targets, campaigns, lead management, and lead follow-up strategies
  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to develop full-funnel reporting and optimize demand generation funnel conversion rates

Qualifications

  • 5+ years B2B marketing experience with at least 2-3 years of experience in demand generation or growth
  • Hands-on execution, management, measurement, optimization of digital media campaigns with B2B and SaaS products
  • Successful track record of planning and rolling out marketing campaigns and the ability to identify and implement scalable process improvements using a data-driven approach
  • Ability to effectively inspire, influence and communicate cross-functionally across all levels of management, and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools like Salesforce and Pardot
  • A creative thinker that is comfortable bringing new ideas to the table
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
