The Digital Engagement Manager reports to the Director of Digital and Marketing Sciences and is a member of the Corporate Marketing team. This role is responsible for assisting in the delivery of the company's digital experience online and informs all touchpoints, platforms, and content-types from social media to microsites and blogs. The role requires expertise in leveraging digital governance as well as developing and applying strategic frameworks for digital engagement strategy across the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leverage digital governance and RACI models to manage how customers and employees intersect online through social media, websites, and Blackbaud Community

  • Solve for prospecting and customer engagement scenarios online leveraging response guidelines and using contextual and 3rd party data to aid in decision making

  • Define and follow digital engagement best practices and policies to scale engagement of audiences across the customer lifecycle

  • Provide discipline area expertise for the creation and execution of company big bets including retention and experience initiatives leveraging Sprinklr

  • Contribute and lead Corporate Marketing initiatives such as frameworks to guide a full lifecycle, multi-channel approaches to digital content

  • Oversee day-to-day engagement of audiences on social channels while maintaining consistency in brand tone and voice

  • Oversee executive voice and strategy across digital platforms including for CEO

  • Partner with stakeholders to develop templates and guidance for integrated marketing campaigns that are consistent, optimized, and instrumented for analytics and reporting

  • Produce and execute video style guides and playbooks to set the standard for digital video strategy, creation, and distribution

  • Play a lead role in the orchestration and planning of all digital aspects of events including bbcon, #GivingTuesday, and product launches

What we will want you to have:

  • 5-8 years experience in social media and Internet marketing

  • Experience interviewing senior executives online

  • Creative thinker with graphic design and multi-media experience

  • Experience using social media monitoring and management tools (ex. Hootsuite, Sprinklr)

  • Outstanding communication skills including exceptional written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize a number of concurrent projects with tight timelines

  • Self-motivated and comfortable in ambiguous situations and proactive and resourceful in carrying out work assignments and following through

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing / Communications
