We are hiring a Senior Director of Demand Marketing to report directly to the Vice President of Marketing. As a senior leader within Rev’s organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Demand, Lifecycle, Partner, and Event Marketing professionals in attracting, converting, and growing mid-market and Enterprise customers. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategy, resources, go-to-market activities, goals, and campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Demand, Lifecycle, Partner, and Event Marketing professionals in attracting, converting, and growing mid-market and Enterprise customers 
  • Strategically lead and partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product Leadership to ensure alignment on strategy, resources, go-to-market activities, and goals
  • Partner closely with Sales leaders and Marketing leadership on key metrics, including marketing performance measurement, budgeting, strategic planning, process definition, and marketing systems and data. This includes great attention to detail with attribution, measurement, and the efficacy of marketing spend
  • Define and measure comprehensive campaign strategies that achieve quarterly pipeline goals, driving leads, MQLs, and opportunities for sales
  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to develop full-funnel reporting, mature our lead management technology stack, leverage critical data for personalized campaigns, and optimize the demand generation funnel
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing team on identifying key segments for pursuit, content development, marketing assets, and collateral to support demand generation initiatives at all stages of the buying cycle
  • Analyze success KPIs and goals from MQLS, SQLs, and qualified pipeline through to marketing-sourced bookings
  • Develop, coach, and inspire marketing professionals to work cross-functionally and achieve aggressive growth metrics

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in a high-tech B2B demand creation marketing role
  • Experience in strategic marketing management and market analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute a marketing strategy with clear goals and objectives that align with revenue and bookings targets.
  • Expertise with marketing tactics such as ABM, content syndication, webinars, virtual events, email, search, display, social marketing, and more
  • Ability to influence, work cross-functionally, and  build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proven track record of leading a high-performing team that creates and executes strategic marketing programs to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Ability to use data to inform marketing strategy and campaign optimization
  • Familiarity with the technology sales cycle and how to employ marketing strategies to acquire new customers, nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate growth
  • Metrics/ROI focused and knows how to generate and measure lead performance through to bookings 
  • Detailed understanding of the marketing mix and how to build and deliver integrated marketing campaigns
