About the Position

Do you want to work at a high-growth company where your impact is seen and rewarded? Are you looking for the autonomy to do your best work? We are seeking a results-oriented senior Growth Marketing leader to join the Rev Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and implementing best-in-class acquisition and retention programs to increase the self-serve new paying customer base and grow customer lifetime value (LTV).

You will lead a team of growth-minded marketing professionals in strategizing, building, executing, and measuring multi-channel acquisition marketing and retention campaigns. As a growth leader, you should be comfortable partnering with key marketing teams as well as cross-functional partners in product, engineering, operations, and UI/UX design. In this role you will report to the VP of Marketing. 


Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth marketing team, with responsibilities including media investment, channel diversification, testing and operations, and analytics
  • Manage the revenue marketing budget to ensure a desirable ROI and CAC
  • Lead forecasting, business projections, and goal-setting working closely with the Finance & Operations leaders.
  • Drive the strategy, development and execution of our performance marketing campaigns across paid social, search, display and test into offline paid channels
  • Drive paid performance marketing with a focus on driving new, diverse, high-value audiences with strong efficiency.
  • Leverage best-in-class lifecycle marketing practices to accelerate content engagement, as well as product adoption
  • Analyze the results of all campaigns while finding opportunities to improve and optimize the performance going forward and share big picture learnings with the marketing team
  • Communicate program results, publish program dashboards, and measure self-serve metrics. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities that help optimize growth strategy, increase user value, and inform product strategies that contribute to growth goals.
  • Partner with creative teams to generate creative that cuts through the noise, engages sellers and buyers around our offering and builds brand awareness
  • Generate data-drive hypotheses, create forecasts, and run A/B tests to validate and scale growth programs


Qualifications

  • 8+ years of marketing experience at high growth companies 
  • 3+ years of management experience developing and mentoring direct reports
  • Extensive experience working with different performance tools and channels
  • Strong analytic skills and experience working with paid marketing channels and data
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, clear and intuitive language
  • Customer focus, with a deep understanding of the product offering
  • Growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Expertise in paid (search, social, video/audio) marketing and organic/earned media, mobile demand generation campaigns, website strategy and optimization, multichannel engagement and content distribution (online/offline events, web, social)
  • Experience working with contractors/external agencies and internal shared resources
