Senior Director, Integrated Marketing and Planning

We are seeking a Senior Director, Integrated Marketing & Planning to join our Rockstar Marketing leadership team. The person will partner with our CMO and all Marketing leaders to execute the Marketing vision and strategic projects.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CMO and other marketing leaders to set, manage and execute on the Marketing vision and deliver the marketing plans to support breakaway growth. Identify and tackle ad-hoc strategic projects from defining new opportunities to executing key initiatives, and closing the gaps within the marketing team
- Go-to-marketing campaign planning and management for the full year across all marketing channels, media, and customer communication channels
- Identify the themes based on consumer research, creative ideation, and RDC assets availability. For example the theme for Jan could be affordability, Feb could lending, Mar could be buying season etc.
- Overlay themes to key audiences/targets and prioritize campaigns to audience throughout the year
- Drives the overall executive and marketing alignment with channel owners and agencies including, coordinating themes w product releases, brand advertising, comms, news, econ, social, email, IR etc.
- Maintains the macro-level view of the calendar ensuring consistency of messaging in market and alignment with brand positioning
- Works with channel owners to optimize messages and investments based on campaign performance
- Has a rolling 12-month plan at all times.
- Include relevant industry or holiday moments (e.g. Halloween)
- Support seed investments and coordination for New Lines of Business
- Formulate what new lines of business need from marketing as support in initial phases and subsequent phases
- Coordinate those activities until the business has enough scale that channel owners no longer need single point of coordination
For example, coordinate activities related to seller marketing, rentals, and new homes. Make sure they are properly staffed and supported - Track and maintain marketing OKRs per sub-team
Work closely with analytics, consumer research, and other departments to maintain and evolve marketing OKRs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis - Jack of all trades marketing generalist that can step in for the CMO and describe Realtor.com’s marketing strategy and vision leading key cross functional initiatives
- Ensure brand aligned marketing messages, visual creative, marketing claims, etc. are consistent throughout marketing channels.
Research and develop defensible product or business claims. Coordinate with product, legal, and marketing to ensure claims can be used across marketing.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years leading multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns and digital marketing teams
- 10+ years of experience leading high-performing teams
- Experience leading and managing complex marketing and brand messages at scale with product
- Consumer centric thinker that loves to solve customer problems
- Data driven and analytical at your core
