About the Role

Hearth is looking for a fast-moving, analytical Growth Marketer to help us continue to scale our go-to-market operations as we step into an even further accelerated growth phase.

As an early member on the growth team, you'll own large, data-rich projects critical to helping us hit ambitious business goals. Examples include our sales pipeline and lead distribution engine, new and scalable acquisition channels, and uncovering additional growth opportunities for the business.

You will own high-impact, high-visibility work. This includes the data backing our sales funnel, how we think about marketing ROI, and uncovering + executing on growth projects that will increase the bottom line of the business. We are seeking someone with stellar organization, tested analytical skills, and that is looking for a fast-paced, high-impact and career expanding role. The ideal candidate will have a background in analytics, finance or data science, prides themselves on their creativity, and is comfortable with ambiguity.

What You'll Do

  • Maximize the revenue driven by our top of funnel efforts. With thousands of prospects per month, and a large sales team, you will explore opportunities for efficiency and execute on the highest potential revenue growth projects.

  • Revamp our budgeting, forecasting and success measurement. You’ll evaluate our current growth success framework, develop new metrics and own reporting + budgeting.

  • Step up as the analytical voice on the marketing team. For example, work with finance on modeling and reporting to inform how we distribute resources as we scale.

  • Scope, measure, and execute on high-leverage business projects as we scale. You will proactively identify problems, take initiative to solve them, and crush the execution.

  • Get your hands dirty and work collaboratively. As an early member on the growth team, you will jump into the weeds on your projects and help others when needed.

What we're looking for:

  • 1-3 years in a highly quantitative role (investment banking, strategic finance, data science, etc.).

  • A clear, honest and confident communicator. Can quickly build rapport across the organization and get buy-in on complex initiatives

  • A low ego individual motivated by impact and results

  • Confident navigating and building complex models, eager to dive into large data sets, and you don't shy away from complex analytical problems.

  • First principles critical thinker with a bias towards speaking your mind. You have a demonstrated ability to grasp complex problems, ask why, and jump in to test solutions.

  • An emphasis on hustle, creativity and execution

  • Excellent written skills

  • Knowledge of the home improvement space and/or SMBs

  • Experience with marketing tools like Salesforce, Marketo & Outreach
