The Senior Manager, GTM and Web Operations plays a key, hands-on technical role within the greater Go-to-Market Operations team. This person will be responsible for technical administration and support for web analytics platforms which deliver insights to help increase website effectiveness and engagement, as well as for strategic initiatives and projects which help develop and maintain data quality, processes, and systems that empower and standardize tracking and reporting across all web properties. This highly visible role requires excellent communications and organizational skill, as well as technical ability, and will be a key partner for all teams owning web properties.

Main Responsibilities

  • Organize and evolve our web tracking strategy to support insights across our multi-property digital footprint 
  • Define best practices for analyzing online user behavior, configuring web analytics technology, integrating campaign results, and interpreting data
  • Perform analytics tool administration including moderating account access, auditing site tagging and configurations, creating custom reports and dashboards, and user enablement
  • Participate in project kick-off meetings to ensure necessary analytics and goal tracking is configured in support of campaign execution
  • Monitor and provide best practices for improvements of online KPIs
  • Serve as an authoritative resource on standard metrics, methodologies and domain knowledge for web analytics
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across a diverse network of stakeholders, systems and properties
  • Create a proactive auditing and monitoring cadence, trouble-shooting to ensure accuracy, and documenting learnings and best practices
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting for internal clients as required
  • Management of agencies and contractors as needed

Requirements

  • 5-7 years hands-on experience managing enterprise-class web analytics platforms in an operational role
  • Demonstrated expertise owning Google Analytics to empower enterprise teams
  • Experience with tracking owned and paid media and optimizing for SEO and SEMModerate
  • Proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, and SQL
  • Key competency with building advanced reports, dashboards and goals, and owning the data infrastructure necessary to enable stakeholder
  • success and integrate insights across properties
  • Ability to interpret and present technical information effectively to non-technical audiences, guiding stakeholder action and decision making
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Information Technology
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proven success collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders

Bonus points if

  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms is preferred; Segment is heavily preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and APIs preferred
  • Operational experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or Optimizely
  • Hands-on experience with Eloqua or other marketing automation platforms in an operational or automation capacity
