The Senior Marketing Manager is a key member of the go to market team that helps to define strategy and deliver optimal outcomes for their business. This critical role is a partner in strategy development and drives a wide range of projects spanning across teams that support the execution of marketing strategies and feeding requests into the analytical roadmap to support insights and strategy development. It will use both analytical and qualitative insights to help develop and prioritize overarching marketing strategies that will be implemented across all channels including email, outbound calling, display advertising, messaging, and website experience.

Location: This role can be in Scottsdale, Arizona or Hiawatha, Iowa

What you’ll get to do

  • Directs the execution of marketing campaigns across a variety of channels (such as Email, CDT, SMS, Social Media and others). Includes working with go-to-market & initiative teams to define marketing asks, working with internal teams to execute each campaign, and reporting of results.   
  • Join forces with writers, designers, and other go-to-market teams to conceptualize, test, and build campaigns that drive incremental revenue growth and customer success.
  • Ensure campaign deliverables align with messaging and strategy set forth by go-to-market leads and strategy teams.
  • Measure campaign performance by clearly defining campaign goals, key performance indicators, and working closely with our analytics team to ensure proper reporting.
  • Continually look for campaign optimizations through data analysis and customer insights.
  • Communicate effectively and track project status from respective go-to-market team to ensure upstream team leads can prioritize work.
  • Prioritize asks within your workstream, in alignment with team and company goals.
  • Demonstrate a positive demeanor and flexibility to work in a fast paced and dynamic
  • environment with changing needs.
  • Support and share effective practices with other marketing managers within and cross-team as needed.
  • Manage a slate of special projects designed to track progress, improve customer experience, identify gaps in service, and document lifecycle strategies.
  • Champion a connected customer experience through all outbound marketing initiatives.

Your experience should include

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • 5 to 10 years of hands on experience with customer marketing, analytics and project/program management.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • A customer-centric view, with ability to translate customer insights into strategies and executions.
  • Ability to build & maintain strong internal relationships with key business partners to collaborate and drive the overall business.
  • Strong understanding of customer marketing and personalized messaging strategies.
  • Ability to draw out insights and make data driven decisions with “test & learn” mindset.
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using JIRA, Tableau, Confluence, Smartsheet, and SharePoint a plus.
