The Search Engine Marketing (SEM) team handles biddable media, including SEM/PPC, display/GDN, YouTube, and remarketing. As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will work closely with other managers, analysts, and external vendors (i.e., Google, Microsoft, etc.) to ensure growth and success.

What Your Days Will be Like:

  • Provide consistent and practical support to the SEM channel lead and marketing strategists on the day-to-day management of campaigns and new opportunities
  • Measure and evaluate the success of SEM campaigns to advise investment decisions
  • Deliver analysis and insights that help teams optimize SEM programs
  • Provide ongoing and ad hoc analytical support
  • Create and actively run and optimize programmatic campaigns in DSPs
  • Run campaigns across programmatic mobile, display, video, and CTV
  • Actively monitor campaign KPIs via reporting
  • Produce and present engaging campaign analysis to internal partners, demonstrating the effectiveness of planning, testing, and media optimization and management

What You'll Be Working On: 

  • Create, implement, track, analyze and optimize programmatic display and SEM campaigns
  • Setting up AB tests to continually improve performance for landing pages, ad copy, bid strategies, and more
  • Brainstorm new testing initiatives that can take SEM and programmatic display channels to the next level
  • Working with our Analytics team to ensure a high level of data integrity in reporting
  • Work cross-functionally with product, analytics, and acquisition teams
  • Reporting and sharing performance results for collaborative team initiatives

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • 3+ years of SEM campaign management and/or hands-on media buying experience with direct platform execution
  • Experience working in all of the following: DSPs (Google Ads, TTD, etc.), Bing Ads, YouTube, GDN, GTM, and bulk editor tools
  • Consistent track record of running multi-million-dollar campaigns while increasing budgets and efficiencies
  • Understand how data from various channels can help the overall customer journey
  • Identify, suggest, and set up private marketplace deals
  • Solid understanding of performance tracking towards CAC, LTV, and return on investment goals
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables & VLOOKUPs)
  • Data-driven with a high understanding of AB and incrementally testing
  • Ability to communicate performance results and plans to multiple audiences
  • Comfortable diving into data to find key performance insights
  • Self-motivation, autonomy, and a keen eye for detail
  • Up to date with the latest trends and standard methodologies in SEM and performance advertising
  • Be inquisitive, willing to learn new things, and support cross-functional teams
