Gleantap is a fast growing tech startup disrupting the fitness industry by enabling fitness clubs to retain more members & drive lifetime value through cutting-edge AI technology. We are looking for our next hire, a Senior Marketing Consultant, who'd be responsible for working with our fitness clients and helping them strategize and execute on creative retention campaigns using email, text & facebook channels. You'll be positioned as a go-to Retention Guru for all fitness businesses.

Responsibilities

• Create & Execute a Retention Strategy for each client account that will involve member engagement campaigns via email, text & facebook.
• Be creative & think out-of-the box. Suggest & setup new campaign ideas, host monthly check-in calls and send weekly / monthly reports to clients.
• Onboard clients in a timely manner, setting them up for success.
• Collaborate with clients & team to design creatives for all the campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with your clients to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
• Ensure that the work meets or exceeds client expectations, aligns with the campaign scope and/or creative brief and aligns with brand standards.
• Be data-driven. Measure, Analyze, Optimize & Repeat. Continuously analyze results for all your campaigns and keep optimizing to deliver increasing ROI every month.
• Identify opportunities to grow & up-sell the accounts.

Experience

• 2+ years experience managing, writing & executing multiple email marketing campaigns.
• Have design chops to create stunning creatives that can be used in emails, landing pages and social posts
• You have created marketing plans and strategy with successful execution in the past
• Experience optimizing campaigns by analyzing data from different sources
• Experience using marketing and design tools such as Mailchimp, Adobe suite etc.
• Experience working directly with customers. Agency experience is a plus.
