We are looking for an Austin-based, Spanish-speaking Senior Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns via direct and partner channels focused on new merchant acquisition in LATAM markets. As a key member of the expansion marketing team, this person must have a passion for and experience in leading integrated direct and indirect campaigns that boost awareness and drive pipeline in LATAM.
The right candidate is an experienced cross-channel marketer who manages and delivers collaborative acquisition-focused programs alongside internal and external teams, and is fluent in Spanish (written and verbal)
What you’ll do
- Strategize and own the campaign execution plan for new merchant acquisition with the goal of generating demand and meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets
- Leverage data and insights to inform campaign strategy, content, and tactic mix, and then work cross-functionally to oversee the execution of programs
- Lead localization efforts for regional instances of LATAM programs
- Act as an internal, cross-functional advocate for the agile deployment of regionalized campaigns for LATAM markets
- Define and execute joint marketing campaigns with agency and technology partners to obtain new BigCommerce merchants
- Drive collaboration with partners’ marketing counterparts to plan, develop and execute agreed upon marketing and communications projects. Examples include: webinars, industry or bespoke events, joint content, paid digital, and more
- Support the enablement of LATAM partners via localized enablement and sales assets
- Manage local and industry event presence from development and logistics to execution
- Responsible for managing, updating, and reporting out program level budget
- Track, measure, and report on the campaign performance against agreed-upon metrics, working cross-functionally to identify gaps and action plans to course-correct as the campaign execution unfolds
- Lead and project manage internally with internal and external stakeholders to achieve agreed upon success metrics and business targets
- Build excellent working relationships with all key business leaders, colleagues, and the broader team, including those in Product, Product Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Sales
- Lead or co-present business reviews and marketing updates across the organization
- Cultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement
Who you are
- 5+ years experience in strategic/tactical campaign management and event management to drive awareness and lead / qualified opportunity creation, preferably at a SaaS, eCommerce or other subscription-based company
- 2+ years of partner marketing experience
- Proven experience on cross-functional teams, creating success and instilling best practices
- Demonstrated success with end-to-end campaign design, rollout, and project management for programs meant for LATAM markets
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Experience in audience analysis, messaging, content and journey mapping, program development, and measurement
- Familiarity with inbound and outbound channels (Digital, events, sales outreach, email, partner, content marketing) and an understanding of how they can work together to form an optimal channel mix
- Demonstrated ability to create close alignment and collaboration with other teams
- Experience with SalesForce, Marketo, JIRA, Periscope, and Google Analytics preferred
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field preferred
