What You'll Do:
Our product marketing team at LogicMonitor is expanding! We're looking to add a Senior Product Marketing Manager for all things cloud. Focusing on content creation, go-to-market (GTM), sales enablement, this role is responsible for leader the strategy that empowers enterprises through their cloud migration journey at every stage and maturity level. There are many ways to "cloud", and at LM we need to guide customers to help them define what good looks like, and how to scale without impacting productivity – you'll be crafting the narrative and launching programs, solutions and initiatives to enable our customer's journey to the cloud.
We're looking for a story-teller with relevant domain and industry expertise – experience in infrastructure and cloud monitoring, deep knowledge on cloud applications, Kubernetes and/or cloud platforms likes AWS, Azure, GCP, a plus. The right candidate will have skills that span from strategic market and data analysis to creating engaging marketing and sales enablement collateral to help enterprise across and beyond the buyers journey, and have the ability to segment messaging based on persona and various entry points across Ops teams. This is a critical strategic role that partners cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales Specialists, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Growth Marketing, and Analyst relations to define and optimize the customer cloud journey and the LM Solutions tailored to support customers as they evolve and mature.
Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Understand the LM platform capabilities, use cases, and business outcomes across all personas relative to cloud
- Define business and technical messaging for target personas, with a focus on value and benefits first, and features and functions second
- Develop the go-to-market strategy for your solutions including positioning, packaging, offers, channel, marketing campaign tactics and service packaging to drive the business
- Be the voice of the customer – develop and drive adoption of core messaging & positioning and foundational content & collateral
- Be the competitive intel expert on all things cloud – from the platform, solutions, and core product level
- Be the internal cloud evangelist – drive cross-functional alignment around our cloud POV, strategy, launches, retention, and new logo acquisition efforts
- Engage with industry analysts for feedback, market trends, awareness on LM offerings, messaging, and positioning
- Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and competitive teams to understand product strategy and vision, differentiators, roadmap, and competitor weaknesses. Use this information to position and market key technical and business advantages and resulting customer benefits
- Identify customer needs, lead all aspects of market research, and monitor the market trends/competitive landscape
- Ensure successful solution launches and GTM execution
- Bachelor's Degree required; Marketing, Analytics or Technology preferred
- 7+ years' experience in the Enterprise SaaS B2B space with experience as a Product Marketer, Technical Marketing Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, Technical Account Manager or Customer Success Manager,
- Experience with either monitoring, IT SaaS applications, AWS, Azure, GCP, or Kubernetes required.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills to evangelize how LM excels at cloud solutions for the ITOps, DevOps, CxO, and MSP personas
- Organized and detail-oriented to effectively manage projects and programs that will require contributions and feedback from other functional groups
- Strong learning agility and can ramp up quickly with detailed technical content, and to stay current with new product developments
- Dynamic and creative with a strong track record of developing robust and innovative content
- Self-starter with the ability to manage several projects
