We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join the team! Our ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of social networks, technology, and trends to drive KPIs for increasing brand equity in SparkCognition through social media strategies. They will thrive in our fast-paced environment with excellent multitasking and communication skills and will have the ability to work independently as well as on a team.
What you will do:
- Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies, mainly organic
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
- Manage brand’s social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube
- Develop and execute a campaign strategy to introduce prospective customers to products and build brand awareness and bolster engagement
- Analyze results from each social media campaign to determine what was successful and what to improve for the next campaign
- Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels and platforms
- Create and manage editorial calendars in partnership with content, design, web, product, and sales teams
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology
- Test, measure, and report performance of all social activities, and assess against KPIs/goals, identifying trends and insight
- Use social media management tools to schedule posts and engage with followers
- Manage budget for paid social campaigns as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B social media marketing, or 10+ in a related marketing field
- Strong familiarity with key social platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube
- Experience with social media management tools (Fanpage Karma, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Experience writing creative and engaging social posts while keeping social media best practices in mind
- Experience managing paid social campaigns
- Experience managing advertising campaigns
- Attention to detail and excellent editing/proofreading skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments, new teams, and new customer communities
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and willingness to learn best practices, new trends, and major developments
- Great communicator with creative approaches to new problems
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with graphic design software
- Experience working in-house for enterprise B2B brand
- Experience in the technology field, particularly AI
- Knowledge of other aspects of digital marketing, such as SEO, PPC, or Content Marketing
- Experience working with external social media agencies
