This role is responsible for monitoring and managing Giddy's social platform, executing against our social strategy and goals, and personalizing customer experiences across channels with continuity. This requires a cross-functional player who will partner closely with every employee at the company.

The dream candidate has a passion for furthering the conversation around sex, will be ready to roll up their sleeves and hit the ground running, and has a data driven approach to improve the customer experience through customer marketing. A can-do, get-it-done attitude is key to the success of this role where no job is too big or too small.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity
  • Partnering with creative to develop consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
  • Create loyalty, retention, advocacy and win back programs across multiple channels, segments and geographies
  • Curate approachable, fun, educational content for all social media channels that grows our followers and drives high engagement rates
  • Manage the social media content calendar working cross-functionally with our marketing team to get the assets you need
  • Consistently brainstorm and collaborate with team to identify new ideas and strategies to drive the conversation forward
  • Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Deliver reporting on and presenting social media KPIs tied to business objectives
  • Ability to monitor technology and competitive landscape to lead and drive new innovative solutions to support business objectives
  • Using analytical tools such as Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro (or the like) to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute on core business objectives, including Paid Media, PR, Merchandising, Creative/UI, Product/UX, Operations, HR, Legal, and Finance teams
  • Performing other duties when needed

Qualifications / Experience Desirables:

  • 3 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a business or agency setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy
  • Experience using various analytics software
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
