  • Collaborate closely with our PR agency to monitor industry and competitive news coverage, surface data and trends, and proactively identify themes and opportunities that can be used in compelling storylines relevant to our core businesses
  • Interact with social audiences directly to drive deeper engagement; design and implement approaches to address support inquiries on social media by directing to the appropriate channel
  • Support paid social advertising, in collaboration with our demand creation and paid media teams

What's the biggest problem your team is solving?

The biggest opportunity my team has is to adopt an account-based marketing perspective. Historically, our product excellence has allowed us to effectively capture the existing market demand. However, to continue to grow, we must proactively create demand by reaching the right buyers with a tailored message for each stage in the buying journey.

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

I’m lucky to have an eclectic team with individualized perspectives. Mixed views are a great resource for creativity because you can coalesce independent ideas into singular unique ones. I like enabling that by integrating open dialogue into our day-to-day workflows. This stream of unfiltered communication constantly hatches new and creative ideas.

VP of Performance Marketing

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

I originally joined Invicti as an SDR, and I really wanted to figure out a way to show my work ethic, and make an impact quickly. I continued to chip away at that vision, and opportunities started opening up. Fast forward to today, and now I get to help coach and guide people in the direction they would like to go, and I love it!
