Sr. B2B Marketing Manager - Emerging Businesses
We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our B2B marketing team. This person will support the expansion of several high growth verticals for realtor.com, including rentals, new home construction, digital close and lending.
This strategic individual contributor will help determine how we launch new products and features into these verticals, and will work cross functionally with product, sales, support and creative services to drive successful launches.
What will you do?
- Develop communication plans to determine how to drive adoption of new programs at realtor.com.
- Develop and disseminate materials necessary for successful launches, including creative assets, educational material, sales sheets, PR support, internal training and communication, etc.
- Partner with product marketing to develop message hierarchies and product positioning that is tailored to various audience segments to determine how we speak about new product and services.
- Be the marketing point of contact during strategic partnership rollouts; work with our counterparts at other organizations for strategic planning and alignment.
- Partner with the analytics team to continuously analyze, personalize, and test marketing campaigns. Collect and report on KPIs and present business updates.
- Build relationships with product, product marketing, GTM teams, sales, support, success, analytics, etc. to maintain organizational alignment as we scale new programs.Determine KPIs and success metrics for marketing campaigns; track results and report on findings.
- Document learnings and best practice to continue to scale our marketing GTM practices
What will you bring?
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
- 6-8 years of B2B marketing experience
- Excellent cross-functional communication; demonstrated ability to navigate internal communication within a large, corporate environment
- Demonstrated ability to execute successful projects from ideation to completion with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and independent thinker who can effectively solve problems and foresee opportunities to benefit the organization through marketing efforts
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and requests
